Your clinic’s toolsDiscuss your clinic’s workflow directly with us, from setup to ongoing support.
Direct dwiZen supportdwiZen works with your clinic’s own WhatsApp Business account, Google Calendar and Google Sheet. Appointment information stays in those clinic accounts. Before connecting, ask us to walk through the information used and the access needed for your setup.
Ask us to review account permissions, who can access appointment information, and how access can be removed. Retention, privacy terms and any clinic-specific requirements should be agreed before going live. We don’t claim a compliance certification or make a blanket security guarantee.
dwiZen is an appointment assistant, not a clinician. Keep conversations focused on booking; medical records, diagnosis and treatment questions should go through your clinic’s existing clinical process. Discuss how those requests will reach your team during setup.
Your staff reviews the appointment request before final confirmation. If the requested service or time is unclear, your team can check it with the patient rather than approve an incorrect booking.
dwiZen uses WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar and Google Sheet. If you use another practice-management system, tell us which one: compatibility needs to be checked, and we won’t assume it integrates automatically.
Your WhatsApp Business, Calendar and Sheet are your clinic’s accounts. Before starting, agree with us on disconnecting access, handling outstanding requests and any data-retention obligations, so the handover is clear.
Setup and support are handled directly by the dwiZen team. Message us about your clinic’s workflow, then agree the setup scope and support arrangements before going live.
